Yes, I know it’s been too long since I have written a post. Where have I been?! I never went anywhere, I’ve just been busy with clients. As I write this blog post, I have to laugh at myself. I’m always getting on my clients about not writing weekly blog posts. I tell them that it’s very important that your customers see your knowledge of certain issues.
2016 was a crazy year. It was my Year Of Yes. I took some risks and stepped outside of my comfort zone many times. I started working with small businesses managing their social media platforms. I love what I do. Looking for more clients (hint, hint). I’ll just leave my People Per Hour profile here. I am working on a new website too. This is something I didn’t think I would be doing last year at this time. What a difference a year makes.
About my weight loss journey. I haven’t really been concentrating on that. I’ve been trying to make wise decisions and not eat too much. I basically eat what I want, no snacking and I work out a lot less. I’m finding that my body has been responding to that. I have lost some weight and without depriving myself.
I do miss working out on a daily basis. Also as a woman of a certain age, I know I should be working out with weights more to build muscle. I will get back to doing that, but instead of working out for hours a day, I will do maybe 30-45 minutes per day. With my body I have discovered that less is more.
I will try to do monthly updates because weekly doesn’t seem to work for me. So I just want to say Happy New Year to everyone and let’s make this year better than last year!
