I know it has been awhile. I’ve been so busy with work. I have to admit, I really haven’t been focusing on diet and exercise. I just try to make sure I don’t eat too much and work out at least 5 days a week.
I have been trying to do more strength training because I’m getting older and it helps to increase my metabolism. Also I’ve been doing meditation almost every day.
I want to start focusing on my health in July. I would really like to stop using artificial sweeteners, eat clean and get on a regular workout schedule. I also would like to start running again. June has been a rainy month in Toronto. I’m hoping that July will be drier.
We are spending some time in Chicago again this summer. What are your plans for the summer? What are you doing to stay in shape this summer?
