Well, another busy week at work and I went to the Duran Duran/CHIC concert with my friend. It was great to see her and the concert was awesome! If you have a chance to see them on their summer tour, do it! You will not be disappointed. Ok, it’s time for the beautyfithealth.com update.
In the last post I said I would be doing the Fitnessblender.com Booty and Abs workout plans. I did well until this week. My friend and I did walk a lot and danced for two hours at the concert, so it wasn’t a total loss this week.
What I have to concentrate on is not working until the work gets done. To take a break and workout for at least 30 minutes and then get back to work. Sometimes I work through lunch and then by the time I’m finished it’s time to start cooking dinner and finishing laundry. The last thing I want to do is work out.
My diet has been good. I try to vary my meals each day so I won’t get bored. Using the 80/20 rule seems to work well for me.
I have been able to button a pair of pants that were too small for me. Yay, for me! What I’m doing is working, but I have to be more consistent.
I will continue with the Fitnessblender.com workouts and try to keep my diet as clean as possible. I still have a class reunion in less that 4 weeks. I think what I’m doing is making a difference. I’m still drinking the apple cider vinegar in the morning and drinking a ton of water every day.
