I have been extremely busy with work. I’m so sorry that I haven’t updated my progress. But, I’m also happy to be working as a Social Media Manager/Marketer. This has been my dream for the past couple of years. I thought it was finally time to give you an update for beautyfithealth.com.
I have been struggling with eating right and getting in workouts. Sometimes I’m so busy, I forget to eat lunch. I am going to make an effort to start the FitnessBlender.com workout plans again. I’m running out of time. The Duran Duran show is in a couple of weeks and my high school reunion is in August.
The plan is: (triumphant horns) I will workout with the FitnessBlender.com Booty and Abs programs. I like that I can just plug the workouts into the FitnessBlender.com calendar and know exactly what I’m doing for the day. For the past month I have been drinking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in water with cayenne pepper every morning to help increase my metabolism. Apple cider vinegar also helps to get rid of acne. You can read more about that here.
I have also been eating more avocado, because it helps to get rid of belly fat. I will make sure to have a protein shake after my workout and try to eat as clean as possible. I have given up artificial sweeteners and my beloved Coke Zero already.
