Love, love, love this time of year! Happy first day of fall everyone!
I just wanted to say hello and yes it has been a couple of months since I posted anything, but I have been really busy. After we moved to the new house we spent six weeks in Chicago. Then when we came back to Toronto we had to get the kids ready for going back to school.
So what have I been doing for the past two months?! I ate everything I wanted in Chicago and didn’t work out. You heard me right. I ate a lot of food and didn’t work out. And do you know what happened? I lost five pounds! Don’t ask me how that happened, I don’t have a clue. Below are just some of the foods I ate in Chicago.
I do want to get back to working out and eating better. It has been a challenge to get back on track. I decided to start slowly and joined Fitness With PJ’s 21 Day Fitness Makeover Plan. She will provide the participants with workouts, recipes and tips.
That’s it for now. I hope to be better with the updates now that life has slowed down a bit.
